QR Service shows companies when the offers and documents they sent were opened. When you open a link or QR code we record the time, device type, operating system, browser and a shortened IP address (the last part is removed). We do not store full IP addresses. Link-preview bots are not counted.
We process this data for the company that sent you the link; that company is the data controller. Open events are kept as long as the company chose (12 months by default, 1 to 36), then deleted; only the total count stays.
To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, contact the company that wrote to you, or us.
We use only necessary cookies: sign-in, security, and the language and theme you choose. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
